Description

Multi blade block cutter

It is composed by vertical Cutter, top surface cutter, roller conveyor, and control cabinet.

It is special used to cut hydrogen peroxide concrete block, foaming agent CLC block, Fiber cement panel etc lightweight concrete products. 

 

Multi blade block cutter can be caustomized.

Cut size can be adjusted, user can use it to get thickness: 50mm, 65mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, and other sizes(less 1230mm).

Max. cut height 800mm.

Max. cut width 1230mm

Alloy saw blades are used for vertical cutter, more durable.

Common band-saw blade is used for top surface cutter.
