Question 1: How do I start? (I want to make some stickers, but has no idea.)
Give us your contact info, and we will send you the quotation form if you know the material and the rest information. If you know little about the sticker, we can guide you step by step, begin from the material, printing method, and the rest.


Question 2: Can I get some sample? Any Charge?
Sample is free, unless the sample is customized for your product. Delivery fee is subject to you. (Or you can stop by our office, no charge)


Question 3: Delivery Time?
Depends, for small quantity order, we usually deliver by DHL or Fedex, it took 3 to 5 days depends on location. For large quantity order, we deliver the product by air or sea; Air usual take 5 to 14 days, 5 to 30 days by sea.


Question 4: What format of artwork should I provide?
AI (Illustrator file) or PDF (Unlock file) will help to speed up the artwork proofing process. High resolution JPEG file may work sometimes.


Question 5: Payment?
For small amount order, we suggest paypal; Large amount order, you can choose either T/T or L/C. We will try our best to increase the payment method.

Question 6:Is it OK to print my logo on badge product?
Yes,please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
