1 Overview
1.1.AWD-01C Fully automatic flash point tester(open cup method) is produced according to ASTM D92 standards.
1.2 The instrument uses a single-chip microcomputer control device according to the standard used for heating, ignition operation, and ion ring detection flash point.
1.3 The instrument uses platinum resistance to determine the temperature of the sample and heater. The structure of the detector itself improves the maintainability and fastness of the detector.
1.4 The instrument is equipped with atmospheric pressure sensor, and the measured results are automatically corrected according to the measured atmospheric pressure.
1.5 8 inch color LCD touch screen, all English operation interface, in addition to display flash point, but also can display and modify the expected flash point, use standard, maximum flash point, detection sensitivity set value, test state monitoring and other information.
1.6 Can save 200 experimental results, and can print the results through a micro printer.

2 Instrument Structure
AWD-01C Fully automatic flash point tester(open cup method) is composed of control circuit, sample heating bath, cooling fan, flash point detector, supply of gas source (Figure 1). In order to accurately adjust the igniter flame, a gas source needle regulating valve is installed on the right side of the instrument.
