Product Use and Structure
The machine use natural fibers (such as wood, cotton linters etc.) made of pulp by liquid preparation, spinning and postprocessing, made of viscose staple fiber.
This type of spinning machine is mainly composed of a machine frame, a first bath, second bath, water tank, main drive, gooseneck, spinneret, godet, wire rods, wire hook, tail bracket, sliding window, exhaust pipe, control box, etc..
The whole structure is face to face setting. The frame is composed of two parts, the upper and lower parts. It is the foundation of the whole equipment, and almost all parts are installed on the frame. The lower frame is often contacted with acid and alkaline liquid, stainless steel material is used, the upper frame has better working environment, and carbon steel material is selected.
The main drive mechanism is composed of a speed reducing motor, a main drive shaft, a housing gear coupling and a bearing seat, etc., and is installed in the front part of the frame.The speed reducing motor is connected with the computer and is controlled by a frequency converter, and the DCS control system is adopted.
The sink is installed in the front part of the machine frame, the gooseneck at the front part of the frame is connected with a frame through a rotary joint, the guide wire tray, the guide wire rod and the guide wire hook are installed in the middle part of the frame, and the exhaust pipe and the control box are installed above the frame.
A window with closed function is installed above the frame.
The first bath is welded with PVC plate after hot forming, and is installed in the lower part of the frame. The front of the first bath is equipped with baffle, the front and back of baffle are respectively equipped with acid return pipe.
Spinneret for composite structure, is located at the bottom of the bath first and gooseneck pipe connection.There are 40 spinneret caps arranged on the spinneret, and each spinneret has 500-2217 spinneret holes.
The second bath is made of stainless steel wrapped glass fiber reinforced plastic structure, which is installed in the middle part of the frame, and is located on the guide wire tray bracket. The coagulating bath passes through the acid inlet pipe at the back of the first bath, and returns to the bottom of the first bath trough from the upper part of the baffle of the bath, and enters the front part of the first bath evenly and stably through the orifice plate, and reacts with the released viscose.When the coagulation bath reacts with viscose, it overflows from the upper part of the separator to the back of the first bath and flows out of the two back and forth acid pipes.
In the spinning machine head, the viscose enters the spinning machine by the sticky rubber tube, and the viscose pipe is rationally distributed by continuously changing the diameter of the viscose to ensure the viscose flow velocity of each spindle is the same, and the viscose has no rubber and caking phenomenon in the pipeline. Each spindle of viscose enter into the metering pump with the same flow rate.
The metering pump is controlled by the main shaft through the clutch. It filters viscose into candle filter according to the specified flow rate, and arrived spinneret by gooseneck to eject. The viscose reacts with the coagulation bath in the first bath to form a tow. From the spinneret to the solidified bath, the tow leaves the bath, and the tow gets some mechanical properties through the guide wire hook, the guide wire tray and the guide wire rod, and then enters the second bath. At exit of the second bath , the tow goes away from the spinning machine and goes into the drafting machine.The tow is drawn between the draft roller of the drafting machine and the guide wire by a certain draft ratio to improve the mechanical properties.
The spinning machine has a closed window and the harmful gas is discharged from the exhaust pipe by the exhaust fan.
