1-How long will it take for samples?

   If you choose our current mould samples, samples will be sent out within 2 working days. 

   If new mould is needed, normally it will take 7 working days.

 

2-Could you supply OEM service?

  Sure. We are hoping to develop the long-term business relationship with you.

 

3-What is the payment term?

   30% deposit in T/T and balance before delivery or L/C.

 

4-How to ensure the quality and lead time?

    We accept the third party inspection before delivery. And alibaba will inspect our quality and lead time. We are professional.

 

5-What is your working time? How long will I get reply if I send the inquiry?

    Normal working time 8:30 am~ 6:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Our professional sales team will check email 24/7 .
