1.Equipped with 1PCS automatic pneumatic foaming mould;

2.The maximum mixing speed:0~2800r/min;

3.The mixing motor adopts 11kW DongGuan motor,and 15kW transducer is adopted to adjust the speed;

4.It is equipped with the high-speed and low-speed mixing independent timing functions;

5.Mixing bucket: diameter 500mm 1PCS,diameter 550mm 1PCS;

6.The new designed foaming raw materials adopts 3 independent storage tanks of components:PPG 1PCS(Carbon steel,2T),TDI 1PCS(stainless steel,1.5T),POP 1PCS(Carbon steel,2T);

7.PPG pump adopts the Viking pump(USA),TDI pump adopts the Shanghai pump,POP pump adopts the Viking pump(USA);

8.It adopts pneumatic valve to control the feeding;

9.All the pumps are driven by Dongguan motor,

10.The mixing bucket flips automatically when the materials are finished stirred ;

11.All of the three materials storage tanks adopt one set cold and hot water machine to control the temperature of original materials;

12.This machine adopts PLC and HMI to control,and it can save 10 groups foaming formulation;

13.Foaming size:L2000~3000mm(adjustable),W1000~2050mm(adjustable),H1200mm;

14.Foaming density:8~100kg/m³;

15.Total output:150kg ;
