The End cap


The End cap we have several options:
1. Built-in end cap, looks more simply and special design
2. Normaly end cap, customized logo available on the caps


PC Film covering


Use the 94V0 standard PC film covered the whole glass and two end caps, to protect the people hurting from the broken glass when the tube fallen down.


PCB  & LED


The PCB use Aluminum PCB with 2OZ copper to provide a better heat dissipation.

The LED use high lumen efficiency LM80 LED SMD2835 at CRI>80.


Production process

We use special glass tube machine to fix the production process at high production efficiency of 10000pcs/day/line, which specially take the length test/ voltage test/ aging test.
