Non-three packs of service product:
1.The product doesn’t belong to tricycle of SMART
2.The parts have exceed valid period
3.New parts, except finished motorcycle unpack damaged parts
Remark: Loose packing won’t unpack damage, damage caused by improper loading, transport company should undertake responsibility
4.The parts are identified and don’t meet the SMART three packs of exchange service standard
5.The products and samples which promoted at a low price
6.Damaged parts caused by force majeure、material corrosion and man-made reason
7.Damaged parts caused by transformation without company’s permission
8.The parts meet standard by identified
9.The parts don’t belong to three packs of service, such as plastic surface parts(except unpack damage)、bulb、brake slice、front and back wheel bearing、inner tire, wheel spoke, protected tube, license plate and other normal using vulnerable parts.

Q: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white foam and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

A: Generally, it will take 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
