Polycarbonate Hollow Sheet Production Process
1. Material: We adopt SABIC or BAYER or SAMSUNG PC materials. For top quality, we assure 100% virgin
material.
2. Heating: It makes the PC material reach suitable temperature to form Polycarbonate sheet.
3. Forming: We have 2-layer, 3-layer and 4-layer moulds for different structure. And the thickness can be
adjusted according to customer requirement.
4. Temper: It heats the sheet again to make the sheet better shaped and to make sure its bendable properties.
5. Width cutting: It can cut the width according to customer's requirement.
6. Filming: Both sides with PE protective film, and logo can be customized.
7. Length cutting: It can cut length as customized. Length is no limited.
8. Finished: With carefully checking, the product finished.
9. Taping: Both ends are plastic taped.

1. Are you factory? Yes,we are manufacturer and the factory located in Baoding,China. 2. Can you accept the small QTY or OEM? Yes,we can accept the small QTY & OEM to meet more customers' request. 3. Will your products have uv protection ? Yes, the sheet surface covered the uv protection, 50 um thickness. Our uv coating material absorbs uv light. 4. How long delivery the goods to us? We have seven production lines , one for polycarbonate solid sheet , one for polycarbonate corrugated sheet, three lines for polycarbonate hollow sheet, one for H&U profiles,can produce 35 tons per day. So we can delivery products to you around one week. 5. Do you have H and U profile? Sure , we also produce the H and U profile to install the sheet. H and U profile are both length 6000 meter.

6. Do the sheets break very easily ? No! Polycarbonate sheets are not only extremely impact-resistant but thanks to their temperature and weather resistance they have a much longer service life.
