Tile and Glass spraying primer UVP-1004 (Agent A)/ UVP-1005 (Agent B)
Used on tile and glass improving the effect of adhesion and water resistance. Also, it has very good adhesion for substrate and UV inkjet printing ink.
Need equipment: spraying gun (we also have manual primer for glass & ceramic)
Operation method:
1. Mixing agent A:B with the ratio of 4:1
2. Substrate：Clean dust, oil, and static electricity off the surface of glass and tile.
3. Spraying Thickness：less than 10-15μm
4. Using airbrush dries the substrate and wait for 10 mins.
5. UV inkjet ink printing.
Storage: Room Temperature:20-30℃, Relative Humidity: <80%
Avoid direct sunlight and storage in cool place.Precautions:
(1) After finish using, please put on the lid to avoid the changes of characters.
(2) After mix UVP-01004 and UVP-01005, please use and finish it within 24 hrs.
(3) If eyes are accidentally sprayed by primer, please immediately wash out and go to see a doctor.

Shelf life: Sealed and in proper storage for one year.
