1. Ultrasonic application is applied to the grinding and polishing of diamond and synthetic diamond drawing die. This new process has been widely used at home and abroad.

Ultrasonic grinding and polishing have a great improvement in both production speed and quality.

2. Upm-250xinx magnetic floating ultrasonic grinding machine equipment is used for the re-repair and polishing of diamond and synthetic diamond drawing die from 0.3-8.0 mm.

3. The major improvements in this machine have the following aspects:

Rotary automatic swing mechanism, the generator adopts transistor to improve the power output.

Improved the design of ultrasonic transducer.

Direct air cooling, while working, adjust the distance between the pole magnet to adjust the working pressure by adjusting the dial.

Work principle and equipment composition

1. The machine USES ultrasonic high-speed vibration, through the steel needle and the die material, in the machined surface to produce the impact, grinding is processed surface, to achieve the desired shape and size.

2. The equipment is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, transducer and seat.

2.1 ultrasonic generator,

The ultrasonic generator is installed in a small cabinet. It is an ultrasonic power supply, and the frequency automatic tracking line can achieve the best ultrasonic output and vibration effect.

2.2 transducer

The transducer is an efficient piezoelectric ceramic transducer that converts ultrasonic vibration to a smooth ultrasonic vibration.

2.3 stand

Stand one can rotate and swing of the mold base, it is installed in a cross on the plate, and through adjusting the dial, magnetic pressure, the flexibility to move up and down, while cross dragging plate can freely on the center again.

In the back of the column there is a drag plate that can move up and down, while the transducer is mounted on the dragboard.
