The GZ series fully automatic numerical control metal band sawing machine is a sawing equipment that uses metal saw blades as cutting tools and is used for cutting metal materials. It is mainly used for ferrous metal. The cutting of round material and all kinds of profiles can also be used for cutting non-ferrous and nonmetallic materials. Because of the narrow band saw and high cutting efficiency, the energy consumption is small and the waste of material is less. It is a kind of high efficiency cutting equipment with remarkable energy saving and material saving effect. The main drive of the double column band saw machine adopts worm gear box speed change, and the feed is hydraulically driven. The workpiece clamping adopts manual and hydraulic hybrid clamping. It has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance.
