How to use this infrared gas brooder?

 

 

Notice & FAQ
1. Pls keep the gas inlet pipe side downward sloping when installation the brooder(as shown above) to prevent overheating.

2. It’s normal phenomenon there is blue flame at beginning, after several minutes will disappear.

3. If the blue flame always stay on ceramic plate, pls check whether the pressure too low; If yes, pls adjust the booster pump.

4. If there is a big red flame, the reason maybe is:
a. the pressure is too high. Pls adjust the pressure reducing valve to required pressure.
b. oxygen lack. Pls keep room air circulation when brooder working.
c. ceramic plate is broken; Pls change the broken ceramic plate.

 

5. The heat area doesn't equal, pls check whether the feather block at filter net.

 

6. This product is flameless, only see the red heating surface no flame in normal working.

7. Pls check up and clean the complete system parts termly.
