The equipment of whole line Plaster board making machine

 

1: Production machinery part and Raw material distribution: hoist, storage, measuring scale, Dynamic foaming station, powder conveyor (inverter), pulp conveyer (inverter), pulp stirring pot, 

vertical mixer. The function of this part is to lift the powder to the vertical mixer through hoist, 

conveyor and measuring equipment, and then proportionally mix and stir with the powder pulp 

and frothing preparation coming from pulp pump and measuring equipment, and thus gypsum 

thick liquid of a certain thickness is produced. 

 

2: Heat transmission stove system of whole line gypsum board making machinery

Main equipments: stove body, heavy oil burner, circulating pump, high and low oil storage, 

oil pipe, low and high pressure oil pipe and electric controlling part. The function of this system 

is to supply heat for drying system. he burning material can be decided according to the local energy resources situation, such as coal, diesel and natural gas.

PLC and computer monitor system & Computer controlling part 

 

A. PLC part:

including raw material shaping, central control, #1 transverse input the dryer, #2 transverse output the dryer, and blower in the dryer.Material distribution and shaping includes gypsum powder measuring scale, auxiliary material scale, invertercontrolled pulp pump (two sets), central controlling system, transportation pipe and the pulp material mixer. The mixer at the shaping station and the flattop vibrating motor are controlled automatically and they can automatically control the proportion of the gypsum powder, auxiliary powder and pulp, and the whole system is automatic. It is very accurate and save man’s work

 

Central controlling part low investment gypsum board manufacturing plant

It includes consolidation shaping belt machine, transportation roller, accelerator after cutting, 

drying conveyer, and the temperature controlling system for the different area of the dryer. 

These devices are controlled by inverter,and PLC program realizes thesynchronous control. This can solve the problem of uneven lengths and paper rubbing.  

Drying transportation system can adjust the temperature of different area in the dryer and this 

can guarantee the moisture content. Inverter control can make much less breakdown, 

stable speed adjusting and its major benefit is saving energy, saving power. 

The controlling box can show the temperature of different area of the dryer. 

 

#1 transverse drying entrance part of whole line gypsum board making machinery 
 includes the automatic control of the following parts: 

convey belt, roller, electromagnetic valve, distributor and board entrance accelerator. 

Through PLC program control, it finishes the production from board cutting to drying entrance. 

Dryer exit and #2 transverse parts include the automatic controlling part of board exit machine, 

#2 transverse convey belt, rollers, combining machine, edge sealer, stacker and pneumatic and 

hydraulic electromagnetic valve.

 

Blower controlling system of whole line gypsum board making machinery

According to the length of the dryer and areas, inverter type blower 

can be used, and the speed of the blower can be adjusted automatically according to the 

temperature of the dryer.  It can save electricity by 25-35%.

 

B. Computer controlling part of whole line gypsum board making machinery

The complete production line is controlled through computer monitor 

and it is finished by two controlling stations at the raw material distribution part and production line part. A controlling machine is connected to the PLC station on the spot, and the data is centrally controlled. You may check the operation of every part of the line at any time, get the statistics, print the data and you may modify the parameter and stop or start the equipments. What’s more, automatic controlling system includes the whole set electric controlling box,  temperature meter and the on-the spot light and electricity sensor components, and all of them are with famous brand and imported from abroad.
