1.Before purchase our product, we will select a suitable model for you,offering you a reasonable solution. After delivery, we will arrange commissioning &maintenance. We will teach you the processing of handling the machine, help you reduce the unexpected risk.
2.Make analysis and treatment of customer’s information(including guidance, part posting and serviceman’s visit) and reply customer within 8 hours normally.
3.In case customer cannot use the machine regularly and the doorstep maintenance is needed, we’ll send serviceman to the site within 24 hours and deal with trouble quickly. The company shall trace for the quality of service and make return visit to customer.

4.Make summary and filling of after-sale service information once every week and feedback to concerned department in time.

5.Make supervision and examination of service quality and attitude of servicemen.

 Q1. What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in standard export wooden box, suitable for shipping container.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30-60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends 
on the items and the quantity of your order. 
Q5. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
