Steel wire rod LDD1000 inverted vertical wire drawing machine for wire rod with big diameter under 35mm. The machine is used for paying off the wire rod with a big diameter to make thinner.

 

It is applicable for continuous production process of coil with heavy charging box.

The product is developed for the non-slip drawing of medium & low carbon steel wire, special shaped steel wire and nonferrous metals with thick & medium diameters. It is specially suitable for the drawing of medium & low carbon steel wire in standard parts and supermarket shelf industry. The maximum inlet diameter can reach 35mm and diameter of capstan is 550-1300mm.
