Quartz sand dryer principle:
The quartz sand enters the inner layer of the rotary drum of the three-cylinder dryer through the feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The materials are continuously picked up and scattered under the copying board in the inner layer and spirally conveyed to achieve heat exchange. The material is moved to the inner layer. The other end enters the middle layer and is countercurrently dried. Quartz sand is repeatedly raised in the middle layer, and it is a two-step backward travel mode. In the middle layer, quartz sand fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum and absorbs the middle drum. The heat, at the same time, prolongs the drying time, and the quartz sand achieves the best dry state here.
