Q: What is the differences between the 2x1 A1U-black 4k@60hz and the B1U?

2.2 Whether the display has two HDMI interfaces, try to change to another HDMI interface.
2.3 When using our equipment, when there is a certain limit on the length, when inputting 4K60Hz signal, it is recommended that the input line is within 3 meters and within 5 meters.
A:Same device except B1U has "ears" so that it can be mounted to a desk. For just a different form factor.
Q:Does this device support dual monitor setup?
A:No, there is only one HMDI-out and all HDMI is point-to-point connection so you cannot split one HDMI-out to 2 different monitors (i.e. "extend the display")， but we have dual Monitor kvm.
Q:What is the maximum length between transmitter and receiver
A:The maximum length depends on the desired resolution:
1080P@60hz = up to 30 ft
4K@30hz = up to 15 ft
4K@60hz = up to 10 ft
1080P@60hz = up to 30 ft
4K@30hz = up to 15 ft
4K@60hz = up to 10 ft
Q:Can anyone explain how to use the mouse gestures to switch pcs? is there something i need to turn this feature on?
A: It should be on by default when you start to use the switch but you can turn on/off by pressing Scroll, Scroll, F12. The mouse needs to be plugged into the mouse port in the back and then you move the cursor to the right or left of the screen's boundary two times. This will switch to the next or previous input.
Q:How can this product support 3840x2160@60hz and only have hdmi when hdmi only supports 3840x2160@30hz ?? does it use hdmi-2 (not yet widely supported)
A:There are 2 situations for your question
1. If your device only has one HDMI port, and it is 3840x2160@30hz,
TESmart HDMI KVM Switch supports 4K@60hz and also Backward compatible, so kvm switch could work well, but the display is 3840x2160@30hz
