Overviews:

With decades of industrialization in our country, the situation of protecting the environment is becoming more and more serious. It is an inevitable trend of social development to reduce the use of chemical products. Environmental protection also promoted the development of industrial cleaning. The development of cleaning agents generally went through 5 stages of development:

1, chlorine solvent (on human health, the impact on the atmosphere are harmful)

2, alkaline cleaning agent (corrosive, on-site control difficult, sewage needs to be dealt with).

3, hydrocarbon solvents (need explosion-proof policy, high equipment costs)

4, the use of surfactant aqueous cleaning agent (washing waste disposal costs high)

5, alkaline electrolyzed water equipment production of alkaline water (do not add any chemicals, no environmental pressure)

 

At present, Japan has a wide range of degreasing and cleaning applications in the water electrolysis industry. Uqi Group took the lead in investing in the research and development of electrolytic ion water purification equipment in China. In 2010, Uqi Group obtained "special ionized ionized water degreasing and cleaning technology" from Japan and In 2011, manufacturing and manufacturing of alkaline electrolytic ionized water washing equipment in mainland China, R & D of Uqi Group undoubtedly led the domestic industry and washing equipment to innovate in the new era.

 

The characteristics and advantages of alkaline water:

1. Decontamination ability, PH value of 12 to 13.2, at the same time saponification, emulsification separation, hydrogen solubility;

2. The use of low cost, compared to traditional chemical degreasing fluid, can save more than half the cost.

4. Environmental protection, non corrosive. Even PH13.2's alkaline water can be stirred or touched by hands.

5. Rinse with less water, because the ingredients have always been water, compared to chemical cleaning agents, only a small amount of pure water can be rinsed clean.

6. Rust-proof, OH- ions in ionized water can promote the formation of alkaline membrane, prevent acidification of the metal surface.

7. Since it contains no chemical components, it is non-toxic and harmless, it is absolutely environmentally friendly and can be directly discharged after simple degreasing to reduce the cost of sewage treatment.

Through the auxiliary electrolyte of potassium carbonate, under the electric field of the electrode, (only a small amount) K ions are directed to move to form electrolysis current, the water molecules are electrolyzed and separated and decomposed, and the negative electrode forms a negative potential and strongly alkaline ionized water.

 

 

Application:

A. For industrial/commercial use:
Producing precise pH for various using. And can meet the large water output requirement.

 

B. For the farm use:
(1) can keep the cattles health, keep their furs shining, and improve the milk production.
(2) can control and offer prevention of fruits, vegetables and other plants from a variety of diseases, alternative chemical pesticides;
(3) could effectively degrade the surface of plant pesticide residues;
(4) could effectively kill the seeds carried by micro-organisms and fungi;
(5) can be suitably modified alkaline soil.

B. For restaurants, food plants use:
Improve the food taste, and keep the nutritions in the vagetables and meats.

 

C. For directly drinking:
With the smaller molecule, the water is easily absorbed by the body.
Keep body pH balance and avoid the sub-health and diseases.

 

Water Storage conditions:

(1) Water storage containers to be sealed;
(2) To avoid direct exposure to light;

(3) The storage ambient temperature is not greater than 40 Celsius;
Under these conditions, the alkaline & acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water could be stored for at least 90 days.
Safety Emissions: acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water in irrigation or placed after a certain time, be able to restore its own ordinary water, and plants were polluting the environment and residual.
