Simple structure, easy to operate and clean.

Blade Adjusting

Loosen or tighten the screws on two sides to make the space of blades smaller or bigger. ( Screws are easy to adjust with hexagon spanner)

Blade Replacement

Remove all the six screws on blade saddle then replace the blade.

Remark: Don't adjust the two small gears on the back of blade unless necessary. The 1-6 gears are applied to different species of fish.

Disassemble and Clean

Disassemble all the hoppers and remove the two screws on sides then blade saddle can be taken out. It is better to remove all the remains on hobbing cutter while clean the machine.

Electricity Connection

Connect the green wire to ground wire. (Whole wire is made up of red, white, black and green wires)
