Jiangsu Tewei Machine Tool Manufacturing Co., Ltd recently developed a automatic seam welding machine with laser tracking. It adopts pressure adaptive adjustment device and laser vision welding seam tracking system.
The new added laser device is different from traditional operation, which needs much labor work and not quite easy to operate. But it lighten the work in that operator no longer has to keep watching whether the welding nozzle is aligned with the seam during welding.
The laser has the function of automatic seam tracking and seam width adaptive adjustment. Operator only has to press start button, then the automatic seam welding machine is welding. It can automatically adjust the welding position according to the data collected by laser track to ensure welding gun is aligned with the seam, and be able to adjust pressure in real time so as to ensure the seam width.
In general, the laser tracking device not only can liberate the hands of operator but greatly improves welding quality. Now it is a patented machine.
