1. Application
During working, no mechanical movement is needed in sealing and releasing. So it has advantages to be used in horizontal and deflecting well. It is widely used for water injection, acidification, plugging, fracturing, drag fracturing and other constructions.

2. Structure and Work Principle
Innova Inflatable packer is composed of lower joint, floating head, barrel, center tube, inlet and upper joint. The barrel has three layers which are made of high elasticity and strength stainless steel.
Innova Inflatable packer is with hydraulic expansion and fixed by hanging. It's sealed and released by hydraulic. Casing and oil pipe annulus is sealed by expansion of barrel.

3. Characteristics
1) Big expansion coefficient, small diameter rubber barrel can seal the big diameter well. When the packer of Ф70mm used in casing 7'', broken down pressure can be reached 28Mpa.
2) High temperature resistance: 125℃~150℃,it can reach 180℃ according to special requirement.
3) Can bear big pressure differential, work pressure: 70Mpa, Max pressure can be reached 85Mpa.
4) Small residual deformation
5) It's adaptable. Can be used in the construction of casing deformed well and open hole well.
6) High strength and can be reused (It refers to formation testing and drag fracturing ).
7) Special sand control design, filtering accuracy can reach 0.01--0.02mm. It's safe and reliable, not easy to have sand block or other accidents in operation.
