HK-8SS-W is made up of carriage body, guide wheel, torch handle, X-Y slide, torch wiggler and control box.

carriage body:It is the frame of machine and carrier of others.

1. Control panel: It can adjust all actions of carriage. Please refer to “explanation of control panel”.

2. Cable bracket: It can hold the cable on tail and power cable.

3. hand grips:Please hold this hand grip when you carry the machine.

4. X-Y moving slide:Use it to adjust the position of torch. In the process of welding, you can tune the torch up and down.

(1) Outer package: sturdy plywood cases accessible to pallet.
(2) Inner package: wavering HK-8SS-W auto magnetic vertical welding carriage covered by bubble covers and inside fixed by battens with nails; matched welding guns and other accessories packed by corrugated cartons.
(3) Container loading: 50 sets for 20GP, and 100 sets for 40GP.

   (3) Overseas Adjusting and Training Service
   The seller will send the technician to buyer for installing and adjusting the machine and training the workers if the buyer invited. And the installing and adjusting cost is 50USD per day. The buyer should pay round tickets and accommodation expenses for seller’s technicians.
