It also comes with 2 clear perspex lids to allow observation during the extraction process.Measuring 38cm in diameter and 85cm high it is suitable for the hobbyist bee keeper, this is a tangential extractor. Legs & crank handle assembly required. This food grade stainless steel 3 Frame Honey Extractor is easy and simple to use. Being a three frame extractor, it is ideal for the hobbyist or small apiarist. Unlike other cheaper ones, the extractor has three stainless steel legs. The extractor consists of a food grade stainless steel drum that is machine rolled (which means no sharp edges, unlike some of the other honey extractors on the market) It also comes with two clear perspex lids to allow inspection of the extraction process while harvesting the honey. The honey gate at the bottom of the tank allows the honey to flow at your will, into a container or settling tank ready for filtering and bottling.
