The control panel of the spot welding machine is a controller which is independently developed for the DIY or the simple resistance welding.

The principle of silicon controlled phase shifting triggering is adopted to adjust the time and the current to achieve the purpose of welding.

Features:

 

1: welding pulse for single and double pulse can be switched to use, any one welding time is set to 0, can become a single pulse welding

2: with network voltage compensation, according to the changes in electricity, automatically adjust the output to ensure that the same parameters in the welding with the same heat to maintain the same, the solder joint

3: parameter adjustment for the encoder input mode, more accurate and convenient

4: with the welding count function, counting range 0-999, so you do the welding "heart", and can be saved.

5: time input 0-100 cycles, unit cycle (1 cycle is 20ms) current input (300-999). The current adjustment step is 0.1% and the regulation is more subdivided. If there are other ranges required, you can customize it.
