This commercial smoke purifier use a high-efficient electronic air cleaning technique – ‘electrostatic precipitation’to remove smoke, grease, mist and other particulates from the exhaust air. When our machine is in operation, cooking smoke goes through the cylindrical honeycomb filter cell where electrostatic charge are created to attach to dust particles within the fume. Then the charged particles are attracted to the collection tubes, which are then removed and cleaned. This process removes up to more than 95% of dust particles from gases.
