This is an adjustable clamp solution for the trapezoidal metal roof. It's a side penetrating solution which is rail-less. It saves a lot of material and installation time.

Installation Process

This solar metal roof mounting clamp is mounted directly onto the crown of the panel, standing the profile. Secure it by 4 sets of screws with EPDM washer.

Step 1

Adjust the distance.

Step 2

Fix the 4 screws.

Step 3

Tighten the top bolt.

Step 4

Put panel on the clamp, tighten the top screw.
