It is mainly composed of a square dyeing tank, a bracket, a bobbin and a circulating pump, and is a batch dyeing equipment. Hang the skein on the support tube of the support and put it into the dyeing tank. The dye is driven down by the circulation pump. Originally used for warp dyeing, it is now widely used for open-width dyeing of loosely woven fabrics, especially synthetic warp knitted fabrics. When dyeing, the warp or fabric is wound on a hollow warp shaft covered with small holes and then loaded into a cylindrical dyeing trough. Under the action of circulating pump, dye flows from the hollow warp shaft through the hollow holes of the warp shaft through the yarn or fabric, and makes the reverse flow regularly. (1) Rope dyeing machine: mainly composed of dyeing trough, round or oval basket drum (Fig. 5), is intermittent dyeing equipment. When dyeing, the fabric is loosely curved and immersed in the dyeing bath. The fabric is lifted by the basket roller through the guide roller and then falls into the dyeing bath. The fabric ends up and circulate. The fabric is immersed in the dyeing bath in a relaxed state for most of the dyeing time, and the tension is small. The bath ratio is generally 20:1 to 40:1.
