1.ADC12 , internation brand Aluminum , exclusive raw material for anti-corrosion die casting ;

2.730°C liquid aluminum , passed 800T automatic die-cast machine welding spot corrosion;

3.Sealed the same material by melt welding ,and utmost avoid the welding spot corrosion

4.Produced by and electrostatic painting process using drying in the temperature of 190-200°C

Its special process guarantees the good surface effect,environmental protection ,smooth , permanent and bright;
