Chain Application:                   
The draw bench chain with straight plate type, used multiple plate and thick strong pin,installed washers with each pin. The multiple plates will improve a lot to absorb shock to make the moving more smoothly. Widely used in metals and steel industries to meet their specific metal drawing requirements.

There are also 8 shape plate, named Gall Chain. They are used for transfer of high traction force with low peripheral speeds.

-Reduce production process: Plate material annealing, twice punching plate hole, centerless grinding,

-Shorter the heat-treatment time or overload in furnace each time.
