3.Q.:How to get a sample from you?
A.: All samples will be free if unit cost under 10USD,but the freight should be on your side. 
If sample sent by your express account like DHL,UPS etc, we will send sample to you directly (freight collect)

If sample sent by our express account like DHL,UPS etc,you should pay freight in advance (freight prepaid)
Any sample cost could be returned to you as part payment for next large order about Fire Equipment, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Escape Ladder, Emergency Hammer, Fire Hose, Fire Hose Reel, Smoke Detector, Fire Blanket and so on.

4.Q.:How about the delivery date?
A.: Within 40 days after deposit received. Urgent order or small order will be handled case by case.

A. General speaking:TT 50% deposit, the balance is paid upon the copy of B/L.
