Slightly soluble in ethanol and glycerin. Soluble in its own water at 67.5℃. -Losing 4 molecules crystal water at 70-80℃. Losing all of its crystal water at 200℃ becomes anhydrous compounds.
Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate is used in Bath salt: Taking care of the skin by removing of dry or dead skin cell; used in foot bath to make the skin smooth and buoyant; comforting sore feet in foot bath. Mixed in hair care product, silky hair with shines.
Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate is used in industry: In printing and dyeing industry，it can be used as fabric dyeing agent, weighting agent, mordant, and the aggravating reagent of calico or silk, and filling up of wooden-cotton products. It can be used as a filler to enhance heat resistance in leather industry; used for fireproof material making. It can be used for desiccant and dehydrating agent in organic chemical industry. It can be used in industry wastewater treatment.
Magnesium Sulphate Heptahydrate is used in agriculture and gardening fertilizer: It is applied to Magnesium deficient soil, soluble in the water, absorbed by the soil, to make it fertile. As a key component of chlorophyll molecule, it absorbs sunlight, utilizing the light energy for providing food nutrients for plants during photosynthesis, which can strengthen nutrition to increase the output and crop growth. Magnesium sulfate has higher solubility than other fertilizers.
