CM-12 20 liter bottle blowing molding machine is especially used to produce 3 gallon and 5 gallon bottles and is widely used to produce any shape of plastic from PET with neck finishes from 15mm-200mm.

4 Saving power and uneasy to worn out ,Adopting new double crank four bars to lock mould, the cross fixed. Providing high pressure blowing system.
5 We can provide performs and various bottle& cap molds for 5 gallon and 3gallon bottles to meet customer’s requirements.
This inner heater is designed for the 5 gallon bottles, because the gram weight of 5 gallon preform is much heavier ,and its paries is much thicker .If it is only heated by rotary heater ,the inner preform is not heated enough ,the brightness of the 5 gallon bottle producted will be not pretty,so this inner heater will solve these problem, So that it will also improve the quality of the 5 gallon bottles.
