       All our system are customized for every project and come in different duct quality. All duct quality are flame retardant, some

       ducts also have antistatic properties which specially developed for underground environments where highly flammable gases   

       may occur, like coal mines. The flame retardant conform to EN13501/DIN4102 B1/NFPA701/DIN75200, and the antstatic

       value stablizes < 3*10⁸ Ω.

       We are the drafter of Chinese standard for PVC coated fabric mining ventilation duct, and we constantly devote ourselves to

       prompt the development of ventilation technology in mines and tunnels.

• Fully automated welding system and several fabric production lines

       We have two automatic production lines for ventilation duct which developed by ourselves, several fabric production lines, 30

       high-speed rapier looms, 3 laminated production lines, 1 high frequency welding machine with movable head and 30m working

       table, which ensures annual production of rolled film over 10,000 tons, PVC ventilation duct fabric 15,000,000 square meters,

       PVC ventilation ducts 2,000,000 meters, the lead time and prodcution process can be controlled easily.
