The Open Width Compactor machine adopts advanced technology, specially designed and produced for knit fabric. It is a combined machine of 3in1, means stenter, dryer, compactor functions to be realized in this combined machine. Wet and dried fabric also could be processed by Open Width Compactor with different cost.
Based on different fabric width, we can provide the following machine models:DGLS-2200mm/ 2400mm (standard)/2600 mm
Based on different heat sources, our machine adopts 3 heat methods: Steam, Electricity, Thermal Oil.
Our Open Width Compactor machine is mainly used for cotton,wool and other natural fibers.
***The machine can NOT be used for chemical fibre fabrics.
Equipped with Auto Slitter machine, only 2 sets of machine could become a production line of textile finishing machinery from tubular fabric to open width fabric.
