DE2608D

DE2608D is a new kind of closed-loop step motor drive with 32-bit DSP chip based on the demand of market and the development of technology. By adopting the latest full close loop technology, DE2608D is an ideal product with low cost and high performance. It combines the features of high torque of open-loop stepper in low speed, and closed-loop movements of traditional servo systems. The outlook and operation of DE2608D is improved based on the DE2608. It is more convenient to operate and easier to monitor the system status through 4 digital LEDs and 4 keys on board.

Different from constant-output-current output from a drive to a stepper motor in normal open-loop stepper controls, the output current of DE2608D is dynamic and adjusts according to load condition. Therefore, it can reduce motor heating and the vibration is decreased to the minimum. The drive voltage ranges from 18V to 80VAC and 24V-110VDC. And it is designed for using with the 2-phase stepper motors of all kinds with NEMA23 and NEMA34 frame size, regulated current is under 8.0A. DE2608D can support 4 kinds of encoders with 1000 lines, 2500 lines, 3600 lines, 5000 lines. And the velocity is about 1000rpm and 2100rpm mainly depending on the specifications of motors and the type of encoders.
