Product overview:

ZW series of LPG recycle compressor is vertical, single acting, air-cooled, oil-free lubrication, reciprocating piston unit. This series compressor cylinder & packing components are oil-free to ensure the purity of its working medium. Crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead components are pressure lubrication (splash lubrication) to ensure the reliability of lubrication.

The LPG compressor is mainly used for liquefied petroleum gas or properties with similar gas delivery, pressurization, thus this kind of compressor is the key equipment of liquefied gas station, LPG station, station equipment is mixed, the ideal chemical enterprise booster gas recovery.

Feature

1.Vertical type compressor,air-cooled ,double cylinder ,reciprocate compressor
with high efficiency filter and gas- liquid separator;

2.Oil-less for the packing nit,splash lubrication for cross head,connecting rod and crankshaft

The material of packing is filled with polytetrafluoroethylene;
3.protect system consist of Cut off valve, float, safety valve;

4.turn the four way valve, from unloading condition to recovery residual gas condition.

All the compressor skid is easy to operate and maintain, with small space and less pipes.
