Deinking enzyme YY-TH series

 

Deinking enzyme YY-TH series is a complex enzyme preparation that can be used to replace conventional deinking chemicals or to improve chemical-free deinking systems consisting of filter screens, flotation and washing, not only for removing ordinary ones. Dispersed printing inks are also suitable for the removal of non-dispersible printing inks produced by pressureless printing (laser) which are difficult to remove with conventional chemicals.

Mechanism of action
The multi-enzyme synergistically acts on the fine fibers of the surface of the fiber, the ink particles, the bonding agent in the adhesive, and the like, and facilitates the peeling of the ink particles from the surface of the fiber by reducing the bonding force between the surface of the fiber and the particles of the ink and the adherend. Thereby, the removal efficiency of the ink particles during washing or flotation is improved.
Directly decompose the ink and stickies particles to make them stably disperse, reduce the re-deposition and agglomeration of ink and stickies, and facilitate the removal of subsequent sections.

Toxicity and inactivation
Under normal circumstances, contact with this product is non-toxic and harmless, but should avoid ingestion or splashing into the eyes, nose, etc., immediately contact with the skin and rinse with water.
