Q1. How can we deal with the international shipping and clearance issues for the 1st import?
A: We can offer door to door one-stop services with rich export experiences. We’ve well serviced for over 200 foreign clients. It’s easy, no worries.
Q2. How can I visit your factory or office showroom?
A: Sure welcome to visit our company Vaka in Guangzhou China. You just need to contact our sales managers via email or telephone to make the appointment, and we’ll arrange to pick you up at the airport or railway station once you arrive.
Q3. How will you deal with warranty claims?
A: 5 years warranty,we VAKA provide replacement service. If there is any problem of our desk frame during the period, we each bears half of the replacing shipping cost. And related materials, such as pictures and videos, need to be provided to make the claim.
Q4. A cross bar is missing , isn't that necessary for stability?
A: Our frame doesn't need a cross bar. And it is firm & stable enough even under heavy loading. The cross bar is an old design under the unstable situations.
Q5.Can you supply for individual office projects equipped with accessories like MFC desktop, screen, chair, cable tray, cabinet, cable management, socket, etc.?
A: Yes, besides that, we can also customize as per clients’ requirements, and offer free design services for office projects.
Q6.Can you supply the standing desk with some additional functions, such as bluetooth function, time reminder, charging mobile desk as well as APP control?
A: Yes, only need to change the control box or handset with some additional charges. And there is movable design with mobile power for options.
Q7. Where are your products suitable for selling with applicable certificates and voltage?
A: Our products have been approved by TUV, EMC and SAA institute, achieved CE, UL, RCM certificates. And wide range voltage of 110-240V with corresponding plug standards is suitable for global countries.
Q8.What’s the relationship between VAKA and Timotion?
A:Our core electric systems of control box, motor and handset are supplied from Timotion to ensure the performances; and the metal parts are manufactured by our mainland factory to save the cost. So Vaka desk is with Taiwan quality and China mainland price.
Q9. How about the noise rate?
A: The noise originates from the motor, and we use all Timotion TGM7 Series motor and TC15 Series control box, so it can be ensured completely the same level as Timotion TEK series products.
