Function:

1). Adopt the vibration type to arrange the syringe barrel.

2). The dial is intermittently rotated, and the syringe barrel is fed into the dial by a brancher.

3). At the plug assembly station: the push rod is taken out by another shock aligner and then hangs into a small dial that rotates synchronously with the syringe dial, and is directly above the syringe barrel, and then the syringe barrel moves upwards, and the push rod sleeve Into the syringe barrel, then the dial wheel is rotated to the second pressing rod station, and the cylinder is driven down to press the push rod into the bottom of the syringe barrel.

4). At the filling station: the filling is carried out by a ceramic gel filling pump. The filling nozzle is sealed from the bottom to the top of the syringe and the pressure is filled. The piston movement of the filling pump is driven by the servo motor, the filling amount, Filling speeds can be set and adjusted on the touch screen.

5). At the capping station: the cap is conveyed by the shock disk to the underside of the small nozzle of the syringe, and then the cap is driven up by the cylinder to put the cap on the small mouth of the syringe.

Discharge: The dial rotates to the discharge station, and the syringe is pulled down from the dial by the discharge lever and then collected by the slide.
