Purification Swab FS751ESD 100 PPI urethane sponge made of polypropylene rod. Made from two thermoplastic processes, the sponge is firmly mixed with the polypropylene rod to avoid contamination and eliminate the collapse of the sponge during the wiping process. The FS751ESD is repeatedly cleaned in deionized water in a clean room and packaged in a double-layer cleaning bag. The product has been tested to have extremely low dust particle and ion content during use and is highly resistant to abrasion and chemicals. For isopropanol, acetone, industrial alcohol, etc., FS751ESD shows very good compatibility, and its unique open-cell sponge structure greatly enhances solvent absorption and locking.
