RSC000040 RSC000020 Shock Absorber Coil Spring for Freelander 1
The air spring shock absorber is composed of gas chamber, rubber elastic diaphragm and a support plate. It is an internal inflatable airtight container which utilizes the change of the internal energy of the air to achieve the purpose of vibration isolation. The air spring damper has a low natural frequency (2.6~5.3Hz) and a high damping ratio (0.06~0.08), so it can achieve high vibration isolation efficiency. The air spring damper is subjected to load changes, and the natural frequency of the system is substantially constant, so it has variable stiffness characteristics, so it is not necessary to consider the center of gravity of the device excessively in the design of the vibration isolating device. It has a large carrying capacity and its own weight is light.
1. Due to the large vertical flexibility of the air spring, the natural vibration frequency of the vehicle body can be reduced to below 1Hz;
2. The air spring has nonlinear characteristics and is designed as needed.
3. When the air spring and the height control valve are used together, the vehicle body can maintain the height of the floor surface under different static loads;
4. The lateral elasticity of the air spring can replace the traditional rocking table device, thereby simplifying the bogie structure and reducing the dead weight.
5. The air spring has good performance of absorbing high frequency vibration and sound insulation. A suitable throttle can be installed between the air spring and the additional air chamber to replace the vertical hydraulic shock absorber.
