Product Application

This machine mainly consists of rollers , ZQbull gearbox (except XK-160), electrical cabinet ,nylon bush transmission device , main motor , etc . It is widely used for mixing , warming and sheeting rubber , etc .

Main Features

1.The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron .Their surfance are hard and wear resistance . Its hardness of surface is HRC68-75

2.The end of rollers are supported by the roller ball bearing bush .It has the advantages of running smoothy ,energy saving , low noise and long life

3.The roll gap adjustment is manual control type . It is simple for operation

4.The machine is equipped with overloading protection device , in order to protect the main parts from being damanged

5.The machine adopts the single drive type transmission structure . It adopts the nylon pin coupling to prevent main parts from being damanged due to the overload of transmission part

6.The base is integral type , the transmission mode is of closed transmission . so it is safe and easy for use

7.The machine is installed with the emergency button and pulling rope as the safety device
