Usage
About rubber materials after mixing by rubber kneader, without the old process through mixing mill output strip and feeding old strainer, this new type strainer can directly feed clumps of block to double-pull feeding mechanism, using screw pushing, conveying, the mixed gum or removing the impurity in the mixed rubber and reclaimed rubber.Rubber products with different shapes can be extruded according to customer requirements.

1. Screw
A. Material: 38CrMoALA Nitrogen treated, hardness ≥ HRC62, nitrogen depth ≥ 0.55mm
B. Structure
a. The whole long screw is hollow structure to control the temperature.
b. The direction of the screw in rotating joint is the same with the rotating direction of screw.
d. Usually, we do the water pressure test within the screw inside: for whole one hour -10kg/cm2

2. Machine barrel and bushing:
A. Machine Barrel: welded structure: after welding, then tempering. Also pass 10kg/cm2, 1 hour water press test. 
B. Machine bushing:
Material: 38CrMoALA Nitrogen treated, hardness ≥ HRC62, nitrogen depth ≥ 0.55mm
