The tires should be free of flammable fluids as well as foreign bodies such as stones etc. Dimensions of the tyres are to be maximum diameter of 1200mm.
De-beading of the OTR tires is not required to processing in LIKE shredder.
Output: rubber granules 10-30 mm.
Double shafts tire shredder TS-1200

Rasper(steel removing machine)
Specially designed for tire secondary shred and steel separation. It can process and produce 10-30mm wire free chips, the steel wire will be separated by rasper and attracted by magnet.. The rasper blades are D2 steel, made from best quality steel and heat treated by bodycote for optimal shredding performance. The capacity for rasper ranges from 300kg to 6000kg per hour.
