CJM coating product line coats various of paints on the surfaces of the aluminum rolls after chemical treatment according to the requirements of the customers.

This line adopts a precise three-roll converse coating machine at international advanced level.
To carry on the precise coating under a close and non-dust environment. So that the thickness and appearance of the paints films are well controlled.

The oven is divided into five areas for firing under controlled temperatures, so the durability of anti-solutions, hardness and flexibility of the coating reach the best. This line has fine luster, adsorbability and anti-causticity.
Furthermore, we've improved the technology of firing by reference of the advantages of the foreign equipment, to make coating dried from inside outwards, so the quality of the coating is guaranteed.

CJMA2FH1600-2 A2  Aluminum composite panel production line

CJMA2FH1600-2 A2 composite line is the newest technology on A2 ACP production. It can make FR A2 ACP with continous process. Comparing with the first generation FR A2 ACP composite line, it is much more simple on A2 core bonding process. Using reliable auto control system with ABB and Siemens parts to produce qualified A2 sheets which meet EN13501-A2 or GB8624 -A2 standard.
