Rigid impeller feeder description:

Rigid impeller feeder is specially designed as bulk material discharge device under dust-moving equipment, silo, storage bin, hopper etc. The main function of powder rotary valve is to control discharge bulk solids from silo, mixer, cyclone or hopper under gravity, pressure and vacuum 

 

Application:

Rigid impeller feeder is widely used for nuts, almond, sunflower seed, cotton seed, grain cereals, chestnut, coffee, grain, sugar, spice, cement, calcite, glass powder, marble powder, plastic pellets, sawdust, coal etc.

 

 

Feature:

1. Material of silo discharge: stainless steel, carbon steel.

2. Round inlet and square inlet or based on the customer's needs.

3. Powder rotary valve equipped with general motor and variable speed motor, to achieve uniform discharge rate or variable speed discharge rate.

4. Good sealing performance, no blocking and no adherence.

5. Wide range of application.

Working principle:

Rigid impeller feeder through the impeller rotor speed to control the discharge rate of the material, to achieve uniform discharge rate or variable speed discharge rate.
