  1. Turn on the heating switch of the preheating tank heating switch and the concentration tank, set the temperature of the temperature controller (the upper left corner of the electric control box) of the preheating tank to 80 °C, and the temperature of the temperature controller (the upper right corner of the electric control box) of the concentration tank. Set to 85-90 °C.
  2. Pour honey into the preheater and wait for the honey temperature to rise to 55-60 ° C (check the thermometer above the preheating tank). At the same time, the stirring switch is turned on to make the heat even.
  3. When the honey temperature of the preheating tank reaches 55-60 °C, check whether all the valves are closed (except the vacuum pump water supply valve), open the cooling water source valve (use the water pump to absorb water to open the water pump) and let the water enter the condenser water inlet (A1) When the outlet of the condenser (A2) has water and the outlet of the vacuum pump has water, turn on the vacuum pump power supply, and then slowly open the vacuum pump suction valve (A), which will increase the reading of the vacuum gauge.
  4. When the pointer of the vacuum gauge rises to -0.09, open the preheating tank discharge valve, and then open the feed valve of the concentration tank halfway, the honey will be sucked into the concentration tank. When the honey in the preheating tank has completely entered the concentration tank, the preheating tank discharge valve (B) and the concentrate tank feed valve (C) are closed.
  5. After all the honey enters the concentration tank, close the preheating tank discharge valve (B) and the concentrate tank feed valve (C), then sample the honey to check the concentration, open the upper valve of the sampling valve for 10 seconds, then close, then open the sampling. The lower valve of the valve will flow out a little for testing. If the honey concentration is lower, the concentration of 1 Baume will continue to concentrate for 15 minutes, and the lower 2 Baume will continue to concentrate for 30 minutes. The water supply cannot be stopped or the vacuum pump turned off during the concentration process.
  6. When the honey concentration reaches the requirement, first close the vacuum pump suction valve (A), then turn off the vacuum pump power supply, and then turn off the water source (the order cannot be wrong). Then open the venting valve (E) of the concentrating tank so that the pointer of the vacuum gauge will be zero.
  7. Attach the filter to the discharge port of the concentrating tank, and then open the discharge valve (F) of the concentrating tank to discharge.
