WHAT CAN WE GET FROM WASTE TYRES AND PLASTIC ?

 

By-Products	Application
Fuel Oil (45%-55%)	1. Directly sell it to cement factory, ceramic factory, electric power factory, boiler factory as fuel oil. 2. Used in heavy oil generator for electricity generation.  3. Deep process it into diesel oil with our distillation plant.
Carbon Black (30%-35%)	1. Make it to pellet or briquette as heating material.   3. Make fine carbon black by Grinding plant.
Steel Wire (10%-15%)	1. Sell to iron and steel factory directly.  2. We supply more profitable solution for the steel wire which has high value.
Flammable Gas (8%-10%)	1. Recycled into furnace to heat reactor instead of coal/wood/oil/natural gas.  2. Storage the exceed gas to restart the next batch.

 

 

 

1. Heat will be supplied to the pyrolysis reactors by gas- and oil-fired burners. Apart from diesel and fuel oil, the pyrolytic gas produced from the Pyrolysis machine will also be used as fuels for the gas burners.    The intermediate oil products from the pyrolysis process will be passed through the condenser.    The condensate containing the intermediate oil product will be collected and stored.    Solid by-products, including carbon black and the remaining steel, will be collected and sold to recyclers.

2. Integrated design condensing system and dedusting device shorten the installation time and the welding quality can be ensured. besides , it is easy for transportation.

3. Pyrolysis oil can be used for heating the reactor , one set machine need 3-4 oil burners.

 

 

4. A serious of safety devices including Oil water separator , anti back fire device  , auto alarm , auto releasing pressure device  and vacuum pump ,a serious of safety devices to make sure the machine working smoothly.

to ensure the machine working smoothly, all the valves adopt stainless steel.

5. Tail gas (can not be turned into liquid oil but combustible oil gas ) are go back to the furnace for second burning as heating fuel to heat the reactor , thus to prevent pollution.

6. we have different grades dedusting devices ,ceramic packing to meet different countries emission standard, water scrubber and ceramic packing  dedusting device to remove the black smoke , finally no pollution to the air.

 

1. Reactor: Adopt automatic welding machine, X rays detection and heating treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly improve working efficiency.

2. Vacuum Degas & Dewater: Vacuum degassing and dehydration technology which can remove the harmful gas and free water in the waste oil to make sure it can be reused.

3. Waste Gas Treatment: The extra gas will be recycled to the furnace for second burning thus saving your heating fuel , and protect the environment.

4. Fully automatic Feeding System: The automatic feeding system can decrease the labor intensity.

Energy conservation:  recycling of waste gas to heat reactor again can save energy and thereby reducing costs.

5. Security:  our equipments have anti-blocking device and have pressure gauges, alarms and safety valves.
