Brief introduction
Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is a type of continuously operating filtering centrifuge, it has the advantages of automatic operating, continuous discharging, high capacity, low power, without peak load, fast drying, small pieces of grain, steady working, small vibration intensity, etc.
Application
The machine is widely used for treating hundreds of materials like: Salt treatment of waste water (MVR), edible salt, kalium chloratum, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate (flue desulfuration), urotropin, ox bone particle (gelatin), sodium sulfate, chlorine and alkali industry, nitrocotton, cotton seeds, glyphosate, etc.
Process
Double Stage Pushing Centrifuge is applied to separate the slurry which has middle-size crystal or fiber particle, average grading of solid phase ≥0.1mm, solid content (volume ratio) is 30~70%. If change feeding and distributing type, this machine can be also used to dry solid-phase material which is not diffluent, it has good washing effect and large capacity.
